Steve began his real estate career in South Lake Tahoe in 1974 and has been a broker since 1976. He co-owned a real estate and construction company in Tahoe and has been involved in several real estate startup companies over his 40 years in the business. He is a retired Hollywood-based actor and commercial model with numerous television and commercial credits to his resume. As such, Steve keeps in touch with his database within the entertainment industry; many of whom have purchased luxury properties on the Monterey Peninsula and continue to refer others who are interested in luxury homes.

Steve keeps his passion for performing alive by acting in local theater productions for The Forest Theater Guild and Pacific Repertory Theater and by supporting the Carmel International Film Festival.
